There will be three options for you at UPK:
1. Morning half-day with Mrs. Maurer,
2. Afternoon half-day with Mrs. Maurer, and
3. Full day with Mrs. Kraeger.
Per New York State regulations, 18 students can be in each UPK class. Also, a lottery system must be used to select students. When parents register, they will rank the options. Families will be notified in early May of their child's program, based on the lottery outcome. Registrations must be received by April 30 to be part of the lottery. Registrations that come in after that day will be added to the list as they come in.
Please get in touch with South Lewis Elementary secretary Beth Schindler at 315-348-2600 to register your child for school or with any questions you may have.

Muhammed Ali said, “Champions are made from something they have deep inside them – a desire, a dream, a vision.” He forgot to mention “ice pops.” Just ask these South Lewis athletes, all ages and levels, who keep showing up -- with desires to do better, dreams of running faster, and visions of being champs -- to share the miles during Tuesday night runs and to celebrate their efforts after with icy, refreshing treats. Great job, Falcon runners! You are champions in our book!
