If you were watching the Yankee game on August 21st and looked up at section 130, you might have seen last season's undefeated 7th-grade baseball Falcons! The families arranged a trip to enjoy a Yankees game and a field parade for the boys and coach. They even made the jumbotron. Congrats boys and thank you to our Falcon Families for making an experience like this possible!
From a candy salad party to custom Falcon teas, 7th-grade softball wrapped up their year in delicious style! Thank you ladies and Coach Paluck, for a great season filled with hard work, dedication, and friendship.

Thanks to Northern Regional Center for Independent Living (NRCIL) some of our students participated and graduated from their Spark or Youth Transition Services programs. Gaining confidence in professional correspondence, resume building, interview tips, follow-up, and so many other skills will definitely make these young ladies and gentlemen stand out when trying to join the workforce. The Master Pickles and Wacky Stackers competed at Clarkson University this past Saturday as part of the First Lego League Challenge Regional Championship. The Master Pickles took FIRST place in the robot game, with a high score of 230 while the Wacky Stackers earned THIRD place, with a high score of 190, out of 20 total teams! Fantastic work Falcons!

Out of 170 photos from 18 different schools, the Lake Placid Institute selected 28 photos to be featured for their 24-Hour Photo Contest. Six of those photos were taken by our South Lewis High School students who are the 2024 WINNERS of Lake Placid Institute's "24 Hours: A Photographic Interpretation of Life in the Adirondacks" show!
