This week the South Lewis Middle and High Schools are recognizing the county-wide COVID 19 Pandemic Memorial Week and highlighting those essential workers who have helped to guide us through the events over the past year. On Monday and Tuesday, wear blue to beat the COVID blues! On Wednesday, wear green for St. Patrick's day. On Thursday and Friday, wear your South Lewis gear to show your Falcon pride!

High School PE started a new unit this week: SPORTS REC! The students get to hone skills and compete in cornhole, badminton, table tennis, and kan jam. What? How much fun! With off-season practice like this, these kids will be all-stars at every picnic this summer. Let the games begin!
Last night, the Falcon Volleyball Team honored one of its members, senior Madelyn Hoffman, at the game against Lowville. And the fun didn't end there: the Falcon team also celebrated a 4-1 victory over the Raiders! Woop woop, Falcons! and congratulations, Madelyn.

It's SNOW SECRET that we think our South Lewis athletes are great! On Monday, February 15, the ski team celebrated two senior athletes, Abbigail Durgan and Aubree Domagala, who, with big smiles, have bravely embraced their inner Falcon spirits and are ready to fly and soar the slopes -- both on skis and in life.
