(Taken directly from: http://charactercounts.org/sixpillars.html)

South Lewis Central School has adopted a new program called Character Counts as our new Character Education curriculum. At the elementary level, classroom guidance will focus specifically on the six character traits outlined by the program. Students will be engaged in a variety of interactive and thought-provoking activities through-out the school year in hopes that building strong character continues to be an important theme in our schools and communities.
